  Mt Zion McDonalds is the worst. Serveral instances of incorrect orders. The worst of which involved coming home with my wife's chicken nuggets that was actually a brick hard quarter pounder....she was pregnant.

  Since this store was rebuilt the customer service and quality has been terrible. I refuse to go through the drive-thru in the mornings, because I may as well go back there and cook for myself. I went into the lobby this morning, stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was never acknowledged by the people behind the counter. Besides the two people off to the side waiting for their order, I was the only customer at the counter. It's obvious it was Kevin's day off. He is that place's only saving grace, (and he's a special needs employee).
  The drive-thru line hadn't moved in the time I was in the store being ignored. Wish I was over-exaggerating.

  Impossible for this location to get an order right. I've eaten there (both drive through, and ate in) at least fifty times, and I have never received my order the way I ordered it. Sometimes it's a trivial thing like forgetting no pickles on a sandwich, other times they forget the whole sandwich. The people there are consistently polite and good natured, they just lack the ability to provide what was asked of them. The food is standard McDonald's food. Not good, not bad, just food. The facility is kept clean, the playplace for kids is in a safe and working order (normal wear and tear from kids, but all parents should understand how that goes). Overall, not a desirable place to go unless you are in a hurry and just need sustenance.
