  "Please tell us why you were not Highly Satisfied with your
  experience at this McDonald's restaurant. Be as specific as you would like."
  
  Hint: How about the original men that started the McDonalds franchise
  and what their views on what a good American restaurant should be.
  You want to improve your businesses image?
  I eat at other restaurants too and it's not a mascot that gets me in the door.
  Its the quality and taste of the food that keeps me coming back.
  Friendly service is a must. "Satisfaction" is a job well done and food done well.
  If you go to a high end restaurant and see a clown cooking your food
  would you take that restaurant seriously?

  Came in got a cop of caffe they didn't offered me anything that go with it compare to the other McDonald I went yesterday they offered me those little tings that i dident even know about and it made a big differens in taste good ting I new about them today so I new What to ask for. Their wifi worked weary bad to open a page in took 15-30 sec so if their another McDonald you can go to do it.
